MXM3.0 ready Embedded Box PC
TAICENN released a new high performance, multiple expansion, embedded box computer, the series ABOX-E7. From the start of 2019, TAICENN creates a new ‘A’ product line, which are modularization & die-casting designed and produced.
It is designed with support for high performance 6th or 7thCoreTM i3/i5/i7 LGA1151 multi-core processors, with Intel® Q170 industrial grade chipset and dual-channel DDR4L memory, max. up to 16GB. The ABOX-E7 series have three product models, these are the basic ABOX-E7L, the ABOX-E7D and ABOX-E7Q. This enables customers to select the model that meet their requirements for standard PCIe/PCI and I/O expansion.
The basic ABOX-E7 is designed with 4* COM ports, 3* display ports (DP+VGA+DVI), 6* USB3.0 and 2* GLAN. Next to that the high speed MXM3.0 interface is integrated to expand Gb LAN, COM ports, GPIO and video options. The whole system is able to support three different storage possibilities. RAID support with one internal M.2 2242 interface, max. up to 512GB SSD, one hot-pluggable 5~9.5mm SATA HDD and one 2.5’’ SATA storage position reserved internally.
TAICENN flagship ABOX-E7 series support standard PCIe/PCI slots to integrate common PCIe cards. The standard power input is DC 12 ~ 19 V, optional DC 9 ~ 36V wide voltage power input.
The ABOX-E7 is the best choice for machine vision and other industrial applications which require multiple PCIe/PCI expansion slots, such as measurement, industrial automation, security and high resolution medical computing applications.
EVOC Launched New Heterogeneous Computing Server
The EVOC EIS-2208 is a 2U rack mount dual-channel heterogeneous computing server based on Intel® Grantley EP platform. It’s designed for heavy workload in AI, HPC and acceleration computing with powerful performance and flexible expansion.
The EIS-2208 is targeting complicated computing task with superior hardware configuration. Based on Intel® Grantley EP platform, it supports 2 intel® Xeon® E5-2600V3 (Haswell-EP)/V4 (Broadwell) series processor. Max to 16 DDR4 DIMMs support up to 2TB memory. Except for 8 drawable front storage bays, there’re 2x2.5” SATA bays inside for OS/Cache deployment.
Through a internal riser card, the EIS-2208 can support up to 8 PCIE3.0 expansion cards, including 2 PCIEx16 and 4 PCIEx8. The optimized chassis design makes it possible to support 2 full size computing card at the same time. E.g. GPU and FPGA cards.
EIS-2208 support rich I/O for various requirements. There are 2 VGA ports (1 front & 1 rear), 2 USB2.0, 4 USB3.0 and 1 serial port. 2 GigaLAN or 4 GigaLAN are optional with additional 1 BMC management port which support IPMI, SOL, KVM over IP and virtual media.
The EIS-2208 support single and redundant 1+1 power supply. Customers can select from 550W, 800W and 1200W. Redundancy hot plug function is optional.
